Associate Members Advisory Committee
This committee represents IATP Associate Members, ensuring their interests are supported while enhancing conferences and regional meetings for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. As the only committee exclusively for Associate Members, it grants full voting rights to shape decisions and initiatives.
Communications Committee (MarCon)
This committee shapes IATP’s media and communication strategies, overseeing virtual meetings, the website, and publications. It also drives marketing campaigns for the annual conference, brand awareness, and outreach efforts while providing leadership and event coordination for conferences and regional meetings.
Education and Risk Mitigation Committee
This committee sets policies and strategic direction for IATP’s education, training, certification programs, and conference educational content while also focusing on risk mitigation within the industry. It develops new resources based on member needs, evaluates existing programs, and recommends initiatives to enhance professional development. Additionally, the committee identifies, assesses, and addresses potential risks, ensuring that IATP and its members are well-equipped to navigate challenges and implement best practices for safety and operational excellence.
Finance Committee
This committee advises the Executive Board and Board of Directors on the annual budget and provides financial recommendations. It oversees the association’s financial matters, reviews the budget, and evaluates financial performance as needed.
Membership Committee
This committee provides strategic direction and policy recommendations for membership recruitment, retention, and services, ensuring the association meets the needs of its members and fosters long-term engagement and growth.
Government Relations Committee
This committee provides policy recommendations and strategic direction for the government relations program, ensuring the association’s and industry’s interests are communicated to relevant governmental agencies. It also keeps the membership informed about actions that may impact the industry.
Awards Committee
The committee solicits and evaluates award nominations, carefully reviewing candidates and making recommendations for award recipients to the Board or IATP Chair. It plays a key role in recognizing outstanding contributions within the industry.
Nominating Committee
The committee is responsible for nominating candidates for directors, including both voting and Associate Directors. It oversees board recruitment, succession planning, and actively seeks potential candidates for senior board positions.
