Governance & Policies
At the International Adventure and Trampoline Park Association (IATP), we believe strong governance and clear policies are the backbone of a healthy, forward-moving organization. Our commitment to transparency, ethical leadership, and industry-wide integrity guides every decision we make — from how our board operates to how our members engage with one another.
As a global nonprofit serving the trampoline and indoor amusement industry, we hold ourselves and our members to high standards. Our governance framework is built to support accountability, professionalism, and safety — ensuring that all voices are heard, all actions are measured, and all stakeholders are protected.
Board Governance
The IATP Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, fiduciary responsibility, and mission alignment for the organization. Board members are elected by the membership and serve defined terms with clear expectations for conduct, conflict of interest disclosure, and organizational representation. Our bylaws outline the structure, duties, and election process for board service and are available to members upon request.

Member Code of Conduct
All IATP members — whether operators, suppliers, or supporters — are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all association-sponsored events, virtual calls, committee meetings, and public forums. We foster a culture of mutual respect, ethical collaboration, and community pride. Member behavior should reflect not only the values of IATP but also the broader responsibility we all share in elevating the industry.
Opinions expressed by individual members do not reflect the official views or positions of the IATP Board of Directors or the organization as a whole.

Policies & Procedures
We maintain formal policies to guide ethical conduct, resolve conflicts of interest, and ensure safe, inclusive participation in our programs and events. These include but are not limited to:
- Conflict of Interest Policy
- Ethics and Professional Standards
- Event Participation Guidelines
- Social Media & Communications Expectations
- Elections and Voting Procedures (where applicable)
We are committed to periodic review and improvement of these policies to ensure they remain relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of our members and the industry.

Accountability & Reporting
IATP encourages open communication and responsible reporting. Members who witness conduct inconsistent with our policies are encouraged to report concerns confidentially. The organization does not tolerate retaliation and will review all reports with discretion and care.
