Gina Elliott

Altitude Trampoline Parks
Vice Chair - Secretary/Treasurer

Gina Elliott is the Senior Director of Franchise Operations at Altitude Trampoline Parks, bringing extensive experience in training, development, and operations. Previously, she served as the Senior Director of Learning and Development at HOA Brands, leading the brand’s training and new store opening initiatives. Throughout her leadership at Altitude, the company earned the “Learning and Development Impact Award” from Schoox and the “Most Innovative Training Award” from Franchise Update Media in 2024 for her contributions to operational efficiency and employee development.

Grady Hinchman

Altitude Trampoline Parks

Grady Hinchman is a Managing Partner at Altitude Trampoline Parks in Florida. Before joining Altitude in 2020, he served as Director of Operations for several Planet Fitness locations in Florida. Under his leadership, the Kissimmee park surpassed 12,000 members within a year and earned him the “Franchisee of the Year” award at the 2022 International Franchise Association Convention.

Bron Launsby

Slick City Action Parks
Member

Bron is currently CEO and Founder of Slick City Action Park a rapidly growing experiential / active entertainment franchised brand. Slick City currently has 13 locations opened and plans to have 35 parks opened by the end of 2025. Prior to SCAP, Bron was a successful multi-unit franchisee of a major trampoline park brand starting in 2011. Bron feels blessed to be a part of this better than awesome brand and industry.

Luke Schueler, the Co-Founder and COO of Flying Squirrel Sports and Co-Founder/Owner of Shock Adventure Park Attractions, brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in adventure park operations. His exceptional ability to redefine operational excellence within the swiftly evolving adventure park industry has been a cornerstone of his career. Schueler’s expertise in optimizing complex processes and innovating park design has markedly improved customer experience while simultaneously enhancing efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Rich Cook serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Flight Adventure Park, bringing over three decades of experience in finance, operations, business development, and administration to the role. Based in Park City, Utah, he has also contributed to his community by coaching youth basketball teams.

Mike Revak

Mike Revak is the President of Sky Zone Franchise Group. Since joining as COO of Rockin’ Jump in 2012, he has held various leadership roles within the organization. His background includes operational experience with national restaurant brands such as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Eddie Papa’s American Hangout.

Charlie Hanna is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Mini Melts USA, LLC, the leading provider of premium beaded ice cream. Since joining Mini Melts in 2012, Charlie has led the sales team and managed key partnerships, driving growth across multiple industries. His expertise in business development has been instrumental in expanding Mini Melts’ national footprint.

Rodney Gerbers

Rodney has over 28 years of experience in the amusement and trampoline industries, specializing in insurance solutions. Since 2015, he has led the Amusement Program at Alive Risk, providing tailored coverage for the industry. As an ex-officio IATP board member, he supports the organization’s mission to enhance safety and industry standards.

Wayne Pierce

Wayne Pierce, known as the “adventure lawyer,” has over 40 years of experience using his business, litigation, and preventive skills to serve major industry trade groups, top chains, specialty insurers, and countless adventurpreneurs. He has been the general counsel for the association since 2012 and was named Person of the Year in 2022. Wayne has played a key role in litigation, regulation, standards development, and addressing the insurance needs of adventure and trampoline parks.

Alexis Kierce serves as the Executive Director of the International Adventure & Trampoline Park Association (IATP), bringing over 20 years of association experience in membership, event planning, and organizational processes. Since joining IATP, she has been instrumental in fostering the association’s growth, as evidenced by the successful 2024 Annual Conference at Margaritaville Beach Resort.
